WARRANTY CARD
Warranty card is a non-cash credit instrument that secures timely payment of goods / services or the fulfillment of other terms of the contract.
Warranty Card provides:
This instrument ensures compliance with the agreement, protecting the interests of the orderer (buyer / applicant) and the beneficiary (seller / orderer).�In this way your business is protected from unforeseen expenses and various delays.
What does a guarantee mean?
The Beneficiary of the Warranty (Seller) is protected from non-fulfillment of certain conditions in the guarantee (such as payment, delivery of the service, offer security, contract, tender, etc.) as the buyer does not meet the agreed terms, AK-INVEST performs the payment in the first request of the beneficiary for payment, after the presentation of the documents specified in the guarantee.
Types of Guarantees provided by AK-INVEST
